Literature
"Julia Keilova, widely known for the spherical forms of design characteristic of her work. Julia's spherical silver sugar bowls made of metal are a canon of Polish design. Like Julia, I am a designer and sculptor. I think this is what unites us, a sculptural approach to form. The ability of sculptors to work in 3D makes their designs so wonderfully spatial, a play on pure form, perfect proportions, remarkable shapes. I chose Julia as my matron for the next edition of Herstory because her design, way of designing and fascination with spheres are extremely close to my heart. In order to pay tribute to her work, I realized the spherical sculpture " Julia's Dream" . The sculpture resembles the Moon with sunken air bubbles like craters on the Moon. "Julia's Dream" is silvered with real silver, referring to the silver spherical forms of Julia's design."

About her work she says: I am interested in the relationship between man and nature. In my works I focus on the atavistic needs of modern man's contact with nature and community.
I look for areas of human desire, emotions related to the loss of these relationships and longing for them.
I am interested in modern man's realization that he is biological, that he is part of nature with which he has lost contact and whose existence he has forgotten.
I am far from constructing instructions or everyday life. I am interested in the process of self-awareness and the emotions, needs, longings, fears associated with it.
I try to describe them in my works.
