The Cross of the Order of the Order of the Cross of Grunwald, Third Class, is in the form of an isosceles cross, measuring 45 × 45 mm, made of silver (formerly silver plated metal, and after 1960 already made of pure silver, in accordance with the law of February 17, 1960). The arms of the cross are plain, with a silver border. In the center is a three-sided shield, on the obverse of which are two swords pointing downward with their blades - the symbol of victory at Grunwald. The reverse of the shield bears the inscription in three lines: 1410 / KG / 1944, referring to the Battle of Grunwald and the formation of the People's Guard, and the letters "KG" stand for the Grunwald Cross. The swords and inscriptions in this class are silver. This particular Cross is probably the version produced by the "Wartonia" plant.
General condition as shown in the photos.
