A biweekly satirical magazine with a slight erotic flavor, full of ladies' and men's jokes and stories, entertaining the reader of the time. Art Nouveau layout. The author of the illustrations was Carl Fischer-Koystrand (1861-1918), a well-known Viennese cartoonist and illustrator. He trained first at the Vienna School of Arts and Crafts under Friedrich Sturm and Ferdinand Laufberger, and then at the Academy of Fine Arts under Christian Griepenkerl. Beginning in 1882, he worked as a draughtsman for illustrated magazines, especially for "Wiener Caricaturen." From 1886 to 1887 he spent a short period in Berlin, drawing for "Lustige Blätter." After returning to Vienna, he published regularly in "Die Bombe" and "Meggendorfer Blätter." In 1906, Fischer-Köystrand was elected to the Vienna Art House. He also created illustrations for "Die österreichisch-ungarische Monarchie in Wort und Bild."
Contents, in addition to numerous drawings: jokes, a short story, "Marriage Offensive (warning for husbands, advice for wives)," poems (including "Futurists of Warsaw")
