About the Author:
Born in 1965 in Zakopane; he first graduated from the "Kenar school", began his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow but after a year moved to the studio of Professor Jan Kucz at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Despite the undoubted influence of the surrounding sculptors, he found his own way of expression. He creates small wooden figures - mysteriously filigree, at times solitary, at other times clustered in groups.
