ORNO (Latin for “I adorn”) – a Polish goldsmiths’ workers’ cooperative founded on June 18, 1949, in Warsaw, in an apartment at 17/20 Marszałkowska Street. The workshop produced silver jewelry, accessories, and insignia of authority. It is the most recognizable goldsmith’s workshop of the Polish People’s Republic era.
