Biography
Robert Jadczak was born in 1960 in Warsaw, Poland, is self-taught and paints out of passion. From an early age he was interested in drawing and painting. In the 70's and 80's the artist was also passionate about dance, performed in Warsaw theaters, graduated from multi-level schools of standard dance as well as Latin American dance, elements of which are manifested in some of his works. From 1984 to 2000, the artist lived and worked in Germany, where his works were in great demand among collectors. Most of his works are inspired by his own experiences; what he paints stems from passion. Painting a picture, he says, is like teleporting to another world full of fantasy, good humor, colors and surprises. Each work lives its own life, the creator talks to the paintings, laughs at them and sometimes admonishes them. At the stage of execution, fantasy not infrequently takes over and the design is changed. The whole suggests that the world around us is not as we see it. To see the truth one must look deeper.
