On the obverse, a dot concludes the circumferential inscription, and the letter R—narrow with an elongated stem—is fully visible and not concealed.
On the reverse, the Lewart coat of arms in a plain shield divides the third line and the letters IF; there are numerous dots around the initials, and
on the right, the abbreviated date 95 (1595).
