A variant with an inscription featuring the king’s title on the obverse ending with … LI and a rim inscription on the reverse ending with … LITVA
Error—in the word … AVG … the letter V was struck with the A die in a mirror image—very rare, not described in the specialized Cesnulis/Ivanauskas (2018) catalog.
Condition: 2-/2
Slight, patchy under-strike, but fully legible and nicely preserved. Good luster and plenty of mint mirror finish. A very rare error in the word “AVG ”—an “A” instead of a “V.” A very rare coin and difficult to find on the collector’s market. An attractive piece for specialized collections.
