1/2 gulden, 1927, Free City of Danzig, silver coin struck at the Berlin Mint. The coin is struck in 750 silver and weighs 2.5 grams. The 1927 issue had a mintage of 400,000 pieces.
A distinctive feature of the coin is the depiction of a cog, reflecting Gdańsk’s centuries-old maritime and commercial traditions.
This piece has been graded AU 55 by NGC, with well-preserved detail and a very good overall appearance.
