Type IV bust (Ciura).
The Ślepowron coat of arms (of Jan Kazimierz Krasiński—Grand Treasurer of the Crown) is divided by a circumferential inscription on the reverse.
On the reverse, on either side of the shield bearing the Snopek coat of arms (the coat of arms of the Vasa family) , the letters A–T (the initials of Andrzej Tymf—the leaseholder of the Kraków Mint).
The border appears only on the obverse.
Variant with plain heraldic shields.
Inscription variant featuring the king’s title “IO CASIM …” in the rim on the obverse and “GROS AR SEX – REG POL …” in the rim on the reverse.
Condition: 2+
Minor metal defects and fragmentary under-strike in the border, but a beautifully preserved piece. Intense luster and mint mirror finish. A beautiful coin.
