Graduate of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Since 2011, he has been working at his alma mater as an assistant professor in the Combined Techniques Studio led by Prof. Slawomir Ćwiek. Since 2020, he has served as director of the Institute of Artistic Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. In 2021 he was awarded a postdoctoral degree. He has won several awards and prizes. In 2009, during his studies, he received 4 awards in the 16th Wladyslaw Strzeminski "Fine Arts" competition: the award of Giuliano Santini - director of the KAUS International Graphics Center in Urbino, the award of the Municipal Art Gallery in Lodz, the award of the Gallery for the Promotion of Young Artists of the Balucki Cultural Center "Rondo" and the award of the "Under the Voltage" gallery. In 2010, he received the Grand Prix, the award of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the Wladyslaw Strzeminski "Fine Arts" competition. In 2011, he was awarded in the competition for the best thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. In 2012 he received the artNoble statuette for the best diploma thesis of public art schools in Poland in the visual arts category. In 2014, he received an award at the International Triennial of Graphic Arts in Belgrade. In 2015, he received an honorable mention at the Cracow Graphics Triennale. In 2017, he was awarded at the Graphics Biennale in Romania. In 2019, he received an honorable mention at the Sophia International Graphics Triennial and won the Grand Prix at the Bucharest International Graphics Biennial in Romania. He has presented works in more than 20 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 100 group exhibitions at home and abroad. His paintings are in public and private collections in Poland, Germany, Austria, Norway, Lithuania, Russia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Canada, United States, Japan, China, Taiwan and Brazil. He works in printmaking and painting.
