Born 1975, Wroclaw

Obtained a diploma with distinction in the studio of Prof. Andrzej Bednarczyk, and then received his doctorate at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in 2012. He also trained at the Cornish College of The Arts in Seattle. He currently teaches numerous classes in drawing, painting, photography, film and creative writing.

About his painting he says, "The themes of my paintings often refer to the manifesto, co-founded by me since 2007, of the group Artists of the Backwaters. Its work (in addition to painting, there are also photos, video, graphics or texts) is to 'save from oblivion, that which is not yet gone,' and through the study of local color, art forms, architecture or motorization, as well as people and their 'ordinary' activities - it aims to say something about the universal human condition."

He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions. His works are in significant private collections around the world.
