Soviet sabre model 1927 with white metal hilt

The slightly curved single-edged blade with cut-outs on both sides bears inspection marks and is stamped with the production mark "ZIZ" (Zlatoust factory mark) and the date 1935. The pommel is made of white metal with the inscription 'CCCP' and the handle is wooden with spiral grooves. The wooden scabbard is covered with black paint, brass fittings with a loose hinge ring.
