Condition II-.
The figure of the angel, holding the shields of the coats of arms of Poland and Lithuania, is interpreted as the Kyiv coat of arms Archangel. In fact, it is rather a coat of arms holder (the shield of the coat of arms of the Republic in the full version of the coat of arms was held by two angels). The convention in Horodlo in 1861 was a great Polish patriotic manifestation, attended by some 10,000 residents of the three partitions. A mound was erected to commemorate it, which the Muscovites soon abolished, but was reconstructed after 1918. Four days after the demonstration and on the eve of the 44th anniversary of Kosciuszko's death, the terrified Muscovites imposed martial law in the Kingdom (this was the solution Jaruzelski modeled on in a similar situation). The maker of the medallion is unknown.
