Pawel Kosior - born 1988 originally from Zolyn, currently living in Glasgow, Scotland, self-taught artist. He has been painting since 2013, when he made a historic purchase of his first watercolor paints. Currently, he creates mainly in oil technique. The subject matter of his paintings is very diverse - the artist is constantly searching for his style mainly through his own experiments, taking inspiration from the world around him, the books he reads and the 'newspeak' that is evolving all the time, offering interesting assemblages of words that stimulate the imagination. In addition, a good dose of inspiration is provided to the artist by the immeasurable resources of the Internet, with its memes and tons of absurdity that can be found there. For him, painting is a form of expression and a desire to show at least a small part of his own thoughts on the reality in which we all, whether we want it or not, swim. Having always been very impressed by realistic painting with lots of detail, he tries to keep his works in a similar tone.
