Symbolic female portrait inviting the viewer to contemplate. The author is creating a collection of paintings entitled. "Koi Carp," the next installment of which is this particular work. The essential element of the painting is the Koi carp, which in Far Eastern culture symbolizes perseverance, inner strength and transformation. Its presence gives the work a deeper meaning - it's a story about the path each of us goes through, facing adversity and finding harmony within ourselves.

The subdued color palette, broken by a strong accent of red, emphasizes the emotional nature of the work, without dominating the space. The painting will fit perfectly in both modern and more ascetic interiors, bringing calm, reflection and timeless symbolism to them.
