Zbigniew's brother. Painter and stage designer. In 1909-1910 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow with L. Wyczółkowski, after which he went to Munich and Paris. Co-founder of the Polish Expressionist group, later the Formists, since 1927 associated with the "Praesens" group. He painted portraits, still lifes, nudes, genre scenes.
