The Actor series is a peculiar approximation of the perspective of a narcissist, a man who unrestrainedly derives attentions at the expense of others. A shadow or perhaps a glow on the city? He must be visible, but obscuring stretches filled with more empathetic people. At this point the series contains only two paintings however the artist plans to continue it.

Artist's description:

Andrzej Ciolek studied at the Department of Workshop Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. He defended his diploma with a medal for outstanding work in 2014. He treats painting graphically, with color contrasts, placed texts and drawing he presents an expression of emotional agitation about sociological issues of the modern world. He comments, documents and is not ashamed of difficult subjects. He has participated in many individual and group exhibitions, among others:
