Sylwia Gumkowska—an intuitive painter whose work balances between the world of inner emotions and the geometric order of forms. In her paintings, she combines rich colors, symbolism, and figurative simplifications, creating compositions that are both tense and harmonious.
She draws inspiration from surrealism and the human psyche. Her portraits—most often of women—are expressions of introspection and emotional sincerity, often set in unreal spaces or enriched with symbolic elements: spheres, pawns, and labyrinths.
