Biography
A graduate of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Rzeszów, where she specialized in painting under Prof. Stanisław Białogłowicz and Prof. Tadeusz Boruta. She also studied at the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under the guidance of Prof. Teresa Kotkowska-Rzepecka and Prof. Andrzej Bednarczyk, and completed a supplementary course in drawing in the studio of Dr. Wojciech Kubiak. She is a member of the Kraków-based X Group. Her painting is distinguished by a tendency toward an intimate portrayal of the female figure. She uses a distinctive color palette, depicting scenes set in decorative compositions and rendered in vivid, saturated colors. The themes of her works are presented with astonishing simplicity and a fresh perspective, and often contain subtle allegories and metaphors.
