Wlastimil Hofman
"I cannot agree with the term above all, but I can assure everyone,
That I am a painter of thoughts and experiences. People are only seemingly alike. Even
twins sometimes show extremely different characters. Every human being fascinates me,
because he has something unique, something interesting in him."
Wlastimil Hofman B. Czajkowski, Portrait from Memory, Ossolineum 1971, p. 137.
