Rafal Sowinski (born 1984) - painter, creator of contemporary abstract-organic compositions. He graduated with a master's degree in theology and received a bachelor's degree in church studies. He also studied for a doctorate in theology of spirituality. At the same time, he developed philosophical interests, writing his master's thesis in philosophy, and studied psychology. He was also affiliated with the art department, where he began practicing painting and experimenting with form.
In his work, he combines spiritual, philosophical and psychological reflection with the expression of color and texture. As a person with Asperger's syndrome, he treats painting as a space for authentic expression and communication. His works are characterized by organic energy, symbolism and deep emotionality. He lives and creates in Ilawa.
