A controversial historical figure, imprisoned in Nuremberg after the war where he did not live to see his trial by committing suicide. Blazkowitz most likely condemned and opposed war crimes against Polish civilians during the war, for which he brought several officers to a field court and himself was transferred to the Western Front for this and was not promoted throughout the war.
