Warsaw [1908]. Leon Kompert. 15x23.5 cm, pp (1), black and white illustrations (23), booklet cover. Good condition (paper loss in cover).
Album presenting views of Warsaw, supplemented by an advertising section containing advertisements of trade and craft companies, with particular emphasis on companies cooperating with church institutions. The publication was intended to point out to the clergy (parish priests) proven, reliable and Catholic companies and to create new opportunities for advertisers to sell their products and services. A valuable source for research into the history of Warsaw, advertising, trade and construction at the turn of the 20th century.
