WWI/II Republic Card Legion Recruiting Officer - War Department Supreme National Committee 1916 , Kielce, Piotrków Trybunalski

A card sent to the War Department of the Supreme War Committee, bearing the stamps of the Recruiting Officer of the Polish Legions, requesting information regarding a soldier of the Polish Legions. As One can read "Please report to the rights what is happening with Leg. Wilczynski Jan, who after a week to the Leg. in 1914 and served supposedly in the 1st cavalry regiment." The card is dated 16.X.16 and 17.X.16.
