The author of the design is Adam Półtawski.
Adam Półtawski's oeuvre includes not only graphic works related to books, but also pertains to other items, among others; job prints, banknote designs, stocks, loose ornamental prints, diplomas, small typographic creations.
Almost all of Adam Półtawski's designs have survived to the present day, if not in originals, at least reproductions are known. A huge number of documents were lost during World War II, so a certain number of these designed by Półtawski will forever remain a mystery to collectors and historians. Some graphic designs, which could be considered works of art, are nowadays treated only as applied graphics. It should be said that diplomas, banknotes and stocks were not handed over anywhere - after their function was fulfilled, they were destroyed and their existence was forgotten. Only a small number of magnificently designed shares survived to modern times.
The shares of the joint-stock company of the Ammunition Works " Pocisk" were designed in a manner characteristic of Adam Półtawski. In the composition of leaves and flowers the name of the company was perfectly fitted, in the center on the artillery shell sits an eagle, at the bottom of the document in large numbers commemorated the year of issuance of shares. To the right and left we see arrowheads and bows. Above on both sides the symbols of the national uprisings - lances and banners - are delicately marked. The document designed in one color - bronze, in various shades.
