Slight wear on the highest parts of the relief and a slightly discolored background.

Obverse: head facing left, below the signature GOTTH.EPHRAIM/LESSING, with the dates 1729–1929 in the fields;

Reverse: the eagle of the Republic, with the legend along the rim:
DEUTSCHES REICH 3 REICHSMARK;
