Prof. ANDRZEJ MACIEJ ŁUBOWSKI. Born in 1946 in Poznań. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1971 with a diploma from the Faculty of Painting, in the studio of Prof. Stefan Gierowski and an additional specialization in wall painting. After graduation, he returned to his native Poznań. Painter, professor of fine arts, animator of artistic life, director of the Gallery at Jesuits in Poznań (2008-2012), activist of the Association of Polish Artists, educator engaged as a full professor at the School of Social Skills in Poznań in the years: 2006-2015 and at the Higher School of Arts in Warsaw. Since 2015, he has been a professor at the Faculty of Architecture at Poznań University of Technology. Winner of the Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis (2010). Winner of many awards and prizes, he has participated in solo and group exhibitions. His works are in public and private collections.
